Genital Piercing

There are many types of genital piercing options for both male and female candidates. It has been said that often females get their genitals pierced as a sign of reclaiming their bodies. This reclaiming could come from a birth of a child, a past trauma, or just about anything, where a woman feels she needs to reclaim what is hers. The motivator for genital piercing could very well be pure pleasure.

A clitoral hood piercing can be done vertically and horizontally. The vertical piercing is usually a barbell that lies directly on the clitoris providing enhanced sensations. The clitoris piercing is considered the most sexually enhanced piercing. This genital piercing should only be done by a trained professional due to the nature of it. The Christina piercing is done where the outer labia meets. A fourchette piercing is done at the rear rim of the vagina. Labia piercings are normally done in pair on matching sides of the labia. If it is placed right these piercing can cause great pleasure for both sexual partners. A triangle female genital piercing passes from side to side, through the base of the clitoral hood tissue where it meets the inner labia and under the clitoris.

Moving along to male genital piercings there is just as many variations as the female piercings. The ampallang is a piercing, which goes horizontally through the head of the penis. This is a more advanced piercing that should only be done by a professional. The apadravya is the vertical version of the ampallang. When a person has both it is called the magic cross. A dydoe piercing is done through the ridge of the penis and is also know as the king’s crown. Multiple dydoe piercings can be done on a single penis. Frenulum piercings are done on anywhere on the frenulum but is most often done where it connects the head of the penis to the shaft. Multiple frenulum piercings are known as a frenulum ladder. A guiche piercing is a body piercing on the perineum. Although these are performed on women they are much more common on men. The Prince Albert is the most common form of male genital piercing. The Prince Albert pierces the penis from the outside of the frenulum and into the urethra. The reverse Prince Albert is also available for male genital piercing. Foreskin piercing is the simplest and fastest healing form of genital piercing.
